WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
FUNDAYE is a private non-profit institution, founded in 2001 and legally constituted on the 6th of July 2004 through Ministerial agreement No. 0000791. Since then it has been carrying out social aid work in the area of audiology, through examinations in nursing homes such as: Sisters of Calcutta, Hostels like: San Juan de Dios and Casas Hogares such as: Corazón de María Esperanza. On the 15th of July 2004, the Ministry of Public Health approved the Constitutive Statutes by which FUNDAYE, based in the city of Quito, Province of Pichincha, acquired legal status. Aware of the problem faced by people with hearing impairment and with limited economic resources, we have directed our efforts to carry out a social aid support program in order that these people can integrate into society and improve their quality of life.
